Tenay Mauricia – Office Manager
Tenay’s journey into the professional world began earlier than most—at just 14 years old, she discovered a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Over the years, she developed a keen ability to anticipate client needs and consistently go above and beyond to exceed expectations. In 2023, Tenay made a pivotal decision to join PCC Uitzendbureau Bonaire, a choice she describes as one of the best in her career. Her role as Office Manager allows her to combine her extensive experience with her unwavering dedication to service. Whether it’s coordinating internal operations or addressing client requests, Tenay ensures that everything runs smoothly, maintaining the high standards PCC is known for.
When she’s not at work, you’ll find Tenay weightlifting, enjoying a well-crafted coffee, or spending cherished moments with her two children.
Joselin Villarroel – Senior Recruitment Consultant
Joselin’s passion for helping others has been the driving force behind her career. With a natural ability to connect with people, she finds joy in matching the right talent with the right opportunities. Since joining PCC Uitzendbureau Bonaire, Joselin has grown into a multi-faceted professional. Her role as Senior Recruitment Consultant allows her to leverage her skills in recruitment, content marketing, and strategic communication to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Her work at PCC not only provides her with the opportunity to help others succeed but has also pushed her to grow creatively, developing new strategies for recruitment and client engagement.
Outside the office, Joselin is an avid runner, enjoys capturing life through photography, and experiments with new recipes in the kitchen.
Stephany Craane – Recruitment Consultant
Stephany’s calm demeanor and positive outlook are her greatest assets, making her a trusted partner for both clients and candidates.
